The ROOKS soldering station is used for precise soldering and desoldering of electrical and electronic components at regulated, optimal temperature in an antistatic environment. 

The soldering station is used in particular for soldering integrated circuits with PLCC, QFP, SOIC housings on and through boards.

The ROOKS soldering station has an electronic temperature calibration system. Due to the fact that the temperature of the soldering iron depends on external conditions, the ROOKS soldering iron is equipped with an electronic system that calibrates the temperature of the soldering iron based on current external conditions. Such calibration increases the efficiency of the soldering iron and allows for better quality soldering joints. 

Display: in the top row it shows the current temperature of the soldering tip, in the bottom row it shows the required temperature, which you set with the knob. 

The ROOKS soldering station has an automatic sleep system when not in use. You can set the sleep time to: 0-5-10-30 min. Then, after this time, the soldering iron goes to sleep. Just lift the soldering iron to automatically return to working mode.
