The roughening machine is a special pneumatic grinder with a precise and powerful low-speed motor that allows operation in two ranges: 2,500 and 4,000 rpm. The roughening machine has a quick connector with a pin for mounting tire grinding wheels (disc and conical), quick connector size 3/8", mounting pin thread: 3/8"-24 UNF. A roughening machine is essential for proper tire repair, when gluing the patch from the inside onto the sealing layer. Low speed allows you to thoroughly clean the place where the patch was pasted, without overheating the butyl layer and without breaking through it. The grinder operates with high torque, which allows you to work with rubber and butyl.
